The Real Secret to Getting and Staying Fit

Attaining a lean, fit and healthy body is simple. All you need to do is consistently adhere to a lifestyle that incorporates regular exercise and a balanced food plan based upon whole real foods. Chances are that you are already aware that eating healthy and exercising regularly are important lifestyle factors that promote lifelong weight control but do you actually apply these simple lifestyle guidelines in your life on a regular, consistent basis?

My guess is that if you are already adhering to a fitness lifestyle and are enjoying the many health and appearance enhancing benefits of that lifestyle you would not be reading this. Rather, my guess is you are here because you want to “lose excess weight” and/or “get in better shape.” If my guess is correct I am very excited that you are here because want to share with you the secret to EFFORTLESSLY creating the lean, fit and healthy body you want and truly deserve. If this sounds to good be to be true just stay with me and I will explain to you how easy it is for you to create the best body you possibly can within the SHORTEST AMOUNT OF TIME POSSIBLE.

I am not trying to sell you anything. I simply want to share with you what I have learned in the process of transforming my once over-weight and out of shape body in to the lean, fit and healthy body I now enjoy at age 47. What I have learned is this: The most important factor in creating the lean, fit and healthy body you do want is to visualize that you are lean, fit and healthy in your mind and NOT focus your thoughts and attention what so ever on the body you do not want. It’s that simple. REALLY!

OK, now that I have shared this EXTREMELY POWERFUL secret with you I want you to take a moment right now and think about the vocabulary you use when thinking or talking about your own body. This is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT exercise so do yourself a favor and think about this! Do you often use words like “fat”, “out-of-shape”,”overweight” or similar words to describe your self image? Also, do you make declarations like “It’s hard to lose weight,” “Exercise is hard”, “I hate exercise”, “I hate my body” or something else that is disempowering? If you are talking to or about yourself in the manner I just described I have some surprising news to share with you. You are literally programming yourself to create in the outside world the person your inner voice is describing! I will repeat this in another way because this is so critically important. YOUR INNER WORLD CREATES YOUR OUTER WORLD. Think about this and I am certain you will understand the truth in what I am trying to share with you.

Now I want to share with you what virtually every successful athlete knows either intuitively or has learned through coaching and training. The key to creating a lean, fit and healthy body is to simply DEVELOP THE RIGHT MENTAL PROGRAMMING. In other words, TRAIN THE MIND AND THE BODY WILL FOLLOW. In my journey toward creating the body I wanted it was simply a matter of repeatedly and consistently visualizing myself as the lean, fit person I wanted to be and behaved as if I was already that person by incorporating healthy lifestyle changes into my life one day at a time. The next critical step was that I BELIEVED that I could develop my best body ever. All I had to do was be patient. The best part of this simple, yet profound technique is that ANYONE can do what I have done and achieve the same life transforming results - GUARANTEED!

Weight Loss The Easy Way

One of the reasons I began this blog is because I want to provide honest, straight forward information and advice to men and women like you on how to lose excess weight. That is because weight loss and weight control is the number one concern for most people who seek my services as a personal fitness trainer or weight loss coach. Chances are you are reading this because you want to lose excess weight too.

I want to share with you that the best way to lose weight is to simply adhere to a balanced food plan based upon whole, real foods most of the time, be aware and monitor of your food portions and limit your intake of processed and or junk foods.

Yes. Losing weight can be that simple. Yet, countless men and women who are over weight fail to accept this simple and absolute truth. Why? Because many overweight people who have poor eating habits maintain a mindset that “dieting,” “skipping meals” or “dietary supplements” are the answers to their bulging waistline’s. This is unfortunate because these methods will not provide lasting results. They just don’t work. PERIOD. That is because these methods do not address the root cause of the excess weight in the first place which is most often than not is lack of nutrition awareness and regular exercise.

If you are overweight I want to reinforce in your mind that the “secret” to weight loss and life-long weight control is consistentency over time with regards to adhering a nutritionally food plan based upon whole real foods. Dreams Do Come True!

It is very exciting for me to be writing this first entry in to this blog as it represents the realization of a life-long goal. The goal to help others to create and enjoy lives filled with an abundance of health, physical fitness and personal well being via the development and adherence to a lifestyle that incorporates a food plan based upon whole nutritious foods, regular exercise, on going personal development and an appreciation for the gift of life.

My goal to inspire, motivate and educate others to live with a consciousness for fitness has always been and still is the driving force behind my overwhelming desire to continually develop my own mind and body. By creating a personal abundance of health, fitness and overall well-being for myself I have acquired and mastered the skills needed to effectively help others toward creating their own abundance of health, fitness and overall well-being. By creating this blog it is my desire to share my insights, knowledge and skills with regards to health and fitness with a much wider audience than I could reach via my exclusive Personal Fitness Training or Phone Coaching services.

The creation of this blog is very personal for me for it is here that I hope that I can inspire, motivate, and teach you how to create and maintain your own consciousness for fitness by sharing my insights, knowledge and skills relevant to health, nutrition and emotional well-being.

By making myself available to you to answer questions, share insights or simply provide information relevant to health, nutrition and fitness I am able to “pass the torch” and give back some of the personal care, support, encouragement and guidance that I was so fortunate to receive from the generous and selfless mentors who contributed to the creation of the abundant health and fitness I currently enjoy today at the age of forty-seven. By giving of myself I am able to share what has been given to me; the personal power to create a mind and to be very proud of.
